Shipping charges vary by freight carrier, shipment weight, and destination. Product pricing available through website (with the exception of ordering through Custom Art) does not include shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges will be disclosed prior to fulfilling your order. If exact shipping charges are unavailable at the time of your order we will provide you with an estimated shipping cost. We will always try to find you the best shipping solution available.
Spikner is not responsible for damages or losses that occur in transit by a third party freight carrier (i.e., FedEx or UPS). If you would like to insure your products in transit you may request to do so through the freight carrier. You will be responsible for additional insurance costs.
You can track your order anytime by visiting one of the above websites and entering the tracking number. If your order was shipped by another freight carrier, please contact us and we will provide you with an expected delivery date or if you have specific questions related to your order.
